Tasks

Before starting work with the client, the following goals and objectives were defined.

To deduce a family farm in the Tver region with capacity of manufacture of 3000 tons/year -
vegetables, 60 heads of cattle of Doynoe, 200 pigs on self-repayment.

What was done:

Business plan development, organization of operational management, staff training.

Development of the concept of the processing complex for meat, dairy and vegetable products.

Implementation of design and assistance for implementation of the marketing matrix.
